TAKE YOUR WALKER TO THE GYM!
This is "National Senior Fitness Day!"
It's a time to encourage those of us who
have "logged a few miles" to be aware
of the importance of exercise! It can help
live a few more of those Senior years! I'm
a firm believer in exercise so I decided to
join in the day's efforts. I sat on my porch
rocking chair, rocking back and forth while
holding a 3 pound weight in each hand!
Pretty impressive I'd say. My wife disagrees.
But, what does she know? Even as she watched
me she insisted there were three dumbells on
the porch! Hope you're fit and that all your
NEWS is good!
