RAILS AND SAILS!
Our Travelworld Leaf Peepers Tour' kept us busy and excited Saturday! First we got back on board the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad for a wonderful ride to and from "The Common Man Restaurant" where we enjoyed lunch. We passed by a huge deer farm on the way and we're greeted my members of the Ashland Historical Society ( Ashland NH) wearing clothing you would have seen when their station opened in the 1800's! During the evening we sailed on the Mount Washington tour boat on Lake Winnipesaukee. It was a Halloween Dinner Dance cruise with most everyone dressed in costume for the occasion! Lot of food, music, and dancing. Fun for all! Hope you're enjoying this tour via my blog and that all your NEWS is good!
