HUG A TREE!
Marxh 21st is "International Day
of Forests!" It's a United Nations day!
We probably don't spend much time
thinking about forests. In fact, sometimes
we can't see them because of the trees. Or
so they say! But about 1.6 billion people
depend directly on forests for food, shelter,
energy, and income! And since trees give off
oxygen, which we all breath, that alone seems
like a good reason to hug a tree most any day!
I've always enojyed breathing and I expect you
do too. Hope you'll spend a moment or two
appreciating our forests today and that all your
NEWS is good!
