          BEAT THE CLOCK!

   Senior students at Wyoming Area
High School will be graduating Friday
evening during ceremonies at the
school's Football Stadium.
    That class will include our
granddaughter and the Italian exchange
student who has made her home with
our daughter and her family this school
year.
     Our granddaughter sent me a text
message Wednesday morning informing
me that family members were welcome
at the stadium starting at 11:30 to "reserve"
stadium seats by covering those they needed
with tarps, blankets, and such.
     Since we expect a decent sized delegation
to attend the ceremonies my wife and I got
a large tablecloth to cover a few bleacher
seats.
      We arrived at Noon and found the
entire center section of bleachers already
reserved! Since there were only about
10 people in the stadium it seemed
appearant that somebody, well a lot
of somebodies, managed to get in and
do their thing well before that 11:30
"start time." They beat the clock!
       We're glad we didn't wait till
today or Friday to und seats. We'd be
watching from the parking lot!
        We'll have to keep this school
lesson in mind in a couple years
when our grandson graduates!
