Hold it!

We had a rather unusual situation at our
house yesterday.
Our bathroom was "closed" for several
hours.
We've been living with a soft spot on
the floor where age or perhaps an unseen
water leak damaged some of the wood.
We found a very good plumber recently
who said he was willing to handle the repair
project. It would only take about three hours.
Of course when you're a male over 65
three hours can seem like an eternity in some
instances.
Fortunately we've got a Sheetz station
just a mile down the road. It is equipped with
modern restrooms and you don't have to ask
for and lug around one of those keys attached
to a surfboard!
The crumbling wood has now been replaced.
Although a section of linoleum had to be
re glued (or whatever you call it) and requires
some weight for awhile to make sure it stays
in place.
So it is we have finally found a use for some
of those telephone directories they keep
stacking up at our mailbox center! Several
pounds of Yellow Pages now bear down on the
floor for the time being. They are supplemented
by a box filled with heavy weight wrestling
dolls...I mean Action figures!
I wonder, when we step on those directories
to use "the facilities" are we technically..."on call?"
Sorry, I just couldn't resist that one!
Hope you have full access to your facilities
and that all your NEWS is good!
